REFUND POLICY

Returns We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Conditions To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How to Return To start a return contact us at  vaxoduri2000@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 24-48 hours.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected we will notify you by email. If approved your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item please contact us immediately with photos and we will send a replacement at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items Items that have been used, washed, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return.
